Opportunities @ Akron Black Artist Guild

The Akron Black Artist Guild (ABAG) is a network of Black artists based in Akron, Ohio, dedicated to fostering community through educational and professional development. Founded around 2020 by a collective of Black professional artists, ABAG connects artists to opportunities, resources, and mentorship while supporting entrepreneurship and portfolio development. The organization runs programs including the Outlined in Black annual exhibition, the Reimagine Fellowship, and an Artist Speaker Series, and aims to make Akron a destination where Black artists can flourish.
