The Chagrin Valley Jaycees in combination with Valley Art Center present the Seventh Annual Blossom Time Commemorative Poster Contest. Cash awards provided by Lyndall Insurance. The theme this year is 'Red, White, and Blossom'! We are inviting artists to submit ONE full-color design sized to be reproduced within the space of an 11' x 14' vertical poster.
