Arts Midwest is seeking engaging, people-centered stories that showcase the power of creative action across their coverage region—especially from Greater Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Selected pitches will be contracted for 500-word written articles to be published by Arts Midwest’s Creativity News Desk starting May 2025. $500 compensation.

Ohio’s professional artists are invited to showcase their artistic talents in the Ohio Arts Council’s (OAC) Riffe Gallery 2025 Biennial Juried Exhibition, October 25, 2025 – January 9, 2026. Selected works will be on display in the OAC Riffe Gallery, located in the Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts in downtown Columbus.

The Ohio Arts Council (OAC) in partnership with the Friends of the Library and Columbus Metropolitan Library (CML) presents the annual Ohio Artist Registry Juried exhibition. The exhibition features the work of Ohio artists who are members of the Ohio Artist Registry (OAR). The OAR showcases work by Ohio, national, and international artists. No theme. No fee.

Grants are available for individual artists at both the emerging artist level ($500) and professional artist level (up to $2,500), with no cash match required. Open to Ohio artists of all disciplines, at any stage of their career, and any type of artistic practice.

The Artists with Disabilities Access Program (ADAP) provides funding that gives individual artists with disabilities the resources they need to further their artistic development. Must be an Ohio resident. Grants are awarded to individual artists at both the emerging artist level ($500) and professional artist level (up to $2,500).
