Opportunities @ Summit Artspace

Summit Artspace connects artists and artist-serving organizations to the community and to the resources they need to thrive professionally, creatively, and financially. Located in a 55,000-square-foot historic 1927 building in downtown Akron, the former home of the Akron Beacon Journal, the organization provides affordable studio spaces, five galleries with free rotating exhibitions, and professional development programs including Artist Launchpad and fiscal sponsorship. Summit Artspace also produces community events including Akron ArtWalk and Artists Sunday, and offers school field experiences and public programming throughout the greater Akron area.
