The Cleveland Photo Fest invites your participation in a photography exchange program with Pittsburgh’s Ketchup City Creative. The CPF will accept 50 of Cleveland (NEO) photographers' images to be displayed in Pittsburgh. In exchange, Pittsburgh will display 50 of their images at the Tri-C East Gallery.
