Medici Museum of Art is hiring a gallery and gift shop attendant to assist patrons, manage point-of-sale transactions, maintain and safeguard the space, and share knowledge of the collection with visitors. The part-time role is 15–25 hours per week across the museum's Thursday–Sunday schedule, with occasional evening events. Training provided. No prior museum experience required. Medici Museum of Art is offering a paid internship for someone looking to build a career in the museum field, providing hands-on experience with art installation, handling of contemporary loans and the permanent collection, archival systems, and exhibition preparation. Working alongside a small team, the intern will help with tasks ranging from creating labels and installing artwork to patching walls and collaborating with artists, with flexible hours suited to students. Some heavy lifting of around 50 lbs is required.
