Willoughby Arts Collaborative
The Willoughby Arts Collaborative has announced its 3rd Call for Art, inviting artists to contribute to the beautification of utility boxes in Willoughby. The organization is seeking original designs created in a 2D medium. This juried competition will award a $100 stipend to the artist for each design selected. The chosen artwork will be printed on vinyl and installed on utility boxes in each Ward by a professional vendor.
