Cuyahoga Valley Art Center (CVAC) is delighted to announce its 39th Annual Juried Exhibition, scheduled to be displayed July 30 to September 5, 2024. This highly competitive exhibition will showcase a wide range of artistic talent across seven distinct categories for submission: Watercolor Media, Water Based Media, Oil Based Media, Dry Media, Mixed Media, 3-Dimensional Media, and Photographic Media. Submit works during the submission period: July 26th, 10-3pm and July 27, 10-2pm.

Cleveland Print Room (CPR) is seeking photographers/artists to participate in a year-long photography and data visualization project on Cleveland's built environment. CPR will commission art and documentary photographers to document Cleveland’s evolving urban landscape, revisiting parcels and neighborhoods from a previous inventory. Selected photographers will engage in group critiques and workshops throughout the year and will receive approximately $8,000.

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA), invites public artists to submit their qualifications for a public art installation at the new E. 79th Street Blue and Green Line Rail Station. GCRTA is seeking proposals for art to enhance the station design. Bidding is scheduled for the end of 2024 with construction starting in spring of 2025. The station’s construction will take approximately 18 months. $80,000 available for public art.
