The Cultural Alliance is seeking artist vendors for the Summer Festival of the Arts, which will take place at Wean Park in Downtown Youngstown on Saturday, July 27, and Sunday, July 28. The festival is designed to promote the diversity of art in the Mahoning Valley with a juried arts festival that equally welcomes regional and national fine art and fine craft artists and showcases a range of performing artists.
