Artists are invited to submit proposals for PORTAL, Maelstrom Collaborative Art's monthly public art series, which features twelve artists throughout the year, bringing free public art to the corner of Detroit Avenue and West 65th. Visual artists of any medium are encouraged to apply with a concept proposal and examples of past work. All concepts should fit within the doorway parameters of 32” wide x 88” x 4” deep.
